Initially the folder I wanted to download was 4.5gb and when attempting to download it warned you that it would create a zip64 file but then did not appear did show it was doing something on by showing a percentage complete on tab heading, after 6 hour it had reached 17% and then stopped. I realised there was a sub folder that I no longer required
